Terms & Conditions of Arlen Law Firm
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://arlenlawfirm.com/ and any pages, forms, content, features, or communications made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Arlen Law Firm, LLC (“Arlen Law Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply only to use of the Site and related communications. They do not replace or modify any written engagement agreement between Arlen Law Firm and a client. If a written engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the legal representation.
1. General Information Only; No Legal Advice
The materials on this Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from an attorney who has reviewed the facts and circumstances of your particular matter. Laws, regulations, court rules, filing deadlines, and legal standards may change, and information on the Site may not reflect the most recent legal developments.
You should not act, refrain from acting, or make legal decisions based solely on information found on the Site. Contact a qualified attorney regarding your particular situation and jurisdiction.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, calling the firm, or communicating by text message does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after Arlen Law Firm has completed any necessary review and conflicts check and the firm and client have expressly agreed to representation, generally through a written engagement agreement.
Until an attorney-client relationship has been confirmed, do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-critical information through the Site, email, voicemail, or text message. Receipt of information does not obligate Arlen Law Firm to represent you and does not prevent the firm from representing another person whose interests may be adverse to yours, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of matters, results, testimonials, case examples, awards, professional recognition, or prior outcomes are provided for informational purposes only. Every legal matter is different. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict a similar result in any future matter. Arlen Law Firm makes no promise or guarantee regarding the outcome, value, timing, or cost of any legal matter.
4. Attorney Advertising and Jurisdictional Limitations
The Site may constitute attorney advertising. The Site is not intended as a solicitation in any jurisdiction where the Site or a solicitation would not comply with applicable legal or professional requirements. The attorneys of Arlen Law Firm do not seek to practice law in jurisdictions where they are not properly authorized to do so.
5. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, accounts, databases, or connected systems;
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or other material that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the Site;
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, index, or extract Site content or personal information without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit information that you are not authorized to provide;
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable content; or
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, usage restrictions, or technical measures.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the Site, the firm, our clients, or others.
6. Information and Communications You Submit
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You authorize Arlen Law Firm to review the information and to respond using the contact information and communication methods you provide, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
Submitting a telephone number does not, by itself, require you to consent to marketing or informational text messages. SMS consent is optional and must be provided separately through an affirmative opt-in process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or retaining legal services.
Internet communications may not be secure or error-free. Do not use a website form, email, voicemail, or text message for emergencies, court filings, service of legal documents, or communications involving an immediate legal deadline. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service. If an existing client has an urgent legal matter, contact the firm directly by telephone.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description and Types of Messages
Arlen Law Firm, LLC may send informational text messages to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Messages may concern case details, consultation or appointment scheduling, requests for documents or information, status updates, reminders for important dates or deadlines, and other notifications relating to an inquiry or legal matter.
Arlen Law Firm, LLC will send messages regarding case details and request documents, including status updates and reminders for important dates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to opt out by replying “STOP” to unsubscribe or “HELP” for further assistance. Please review our Privacy Policy or Contact Us page for additional information.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in through an optional website checkbox, through a documented verbal opt-in process, or through another affirmative consent method presented by Arlen Law Firm. By opting in, you authorize Arlen Law Firm, LLC to send informational text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology when permitted by law and disclosed at the time of consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or legal representation. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointments, case activity, document needs, deadlines, and other communications. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Arlen Law Firm does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your mobile carrier may impose charges.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Arlen Law Firm. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. We will then stop sending text messages to that number unless you later provide a new affirmative opt-in.
Opting out of text messages does not terminate an attorney-client relationship, affect legal representation, or prevent Arlen Law Firm from contacting you through other appropriate methods. If you change or relinquish your mobile telephone number, please notify us so that messages are not sent to a new subscriber.

For text-message assistance, reply HELP, call 908-212-7660, email info@arlenlawfirm.com, or visit our Contact Us page.
Delivery and Availability
Text-message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services provided by third parties. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered. Arlen Law Firm and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by applicable law. Text messaging is not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies, court filings, service of documents, or urgent deadlines.
SMS Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us operate the messaging program may process such information only to provide services on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions. For additional information about how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information, review our Privacy Policy.
8. Email and Telephone Communications
When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize Arlen Law Firm to respond to your inquiry using those contact methods, subject to applicable law and your stated preferences. Email, voicemail, and telephone communications may be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, or accessed by others. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for notifying us if your information changes.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site and our handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, design, layout, software, trademarks, service marks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Arlen Law Firm and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
You may view, download, or print a reasonable number of pages for personal, noncommercial, informational use, provided that you do not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices. No other copying, republication, distribution, modification, display, transmission, sale, licensing, creation of derivative works, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization from Arlen Law Firm or the applicable rights holder.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to, embedded content from, or integrations with websites and services operated by third parties. These links and services are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Arlen Law Firm does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party websites or services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
12. Website Accuracy, Availability, and Changes
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but we do not warrant that the Site or its content will be complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may update, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time without notice. References to laws, services, locations, personnel, results, or other information may become outdated.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content, features, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arlen Law Firm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arlen Law Firm and its attorneys, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site; errors or omissions in Site content; interruption or unavailability; malicious code or security incidents; communications sent through the Site; or third-party websites or services.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law and do not alter any duties Arlen Law Firm may owe to a client under an applicable engagement agreement, law, court rule, or professional obligation.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms that is not subject to another binding agreement shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure by Arlen Law Firm to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the Effective Date. Changes become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
